Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans
Livify offers optional subscription plans (Pro and Premium) which provide additional features beyond the Free version. Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.
2. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed via your Apple App Store account. By starting a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
3. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial for Pro or Premium. After the trial period ends, you will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. During the trial, you can cancel anytime without being charged.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain access to Premium features until the subscription period ends, after which your account will revert to Free features.
5. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change the subscription fees in the future. If we do, existing subscribers will be notified via the App Store and given an opportunity to cancel before new rates are applied.
6. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by App Store policy. If you experience issues with Livify, please contact support; we will do our best to help.
