Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how Livify subscriptions work, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. By purchasing a subscription within Livify, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Livify offers optional paid subscriptions (“Subscriptions”) that unlock additional features beyond the Free plan. Available plans may include Pro and Premium. Features and pricing are shown in-app at the time of purchase and may also be described on our website pricing page.

Important: Subscription benefits are available only while your subscription is active.

2. Billing, Payment, and Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account (Apple ID). When you subscribe, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method for the subscription price (including applicable taxes) on a recurring basis.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Your Apple account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • We do not receive your payment details from Apple—only confirmation of purchase and subscription status.

3. Free Trials (If Offered)

We may offer a free trial for Pro or Premium from time to time. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged by Apple.

You can cancel a trial at any time via your Apple subscription settings, and you will retain access through the trial period (subject to Apple’s rules).

4. Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Apple. Because Apple handles billing, we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

To manage your subscription on iPhone/iPad:
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Livify

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan (and premium features will no longer be available).

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing in the future. If pricing changes affect your current subscription, Apple will notify you and may require your consent before the new price applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. This means refund requests must be made through Apple, not through us.

  • Apple’s App Store policy generally treats purchases as final, except where required by law or Apple policy.
  • If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, you can request one through Apple’s “Report a Problem” process.

If you’re having trouble with Livify, please contact us first—we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

7. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app or website. Continued use of Livify after changes take effect means you accept the updated Subscription Terms.
