By downloading or using Livify (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Accounts and Usage

You may need to create an account or log in through a third-party (like Apple) to use certain features. You are responsible for any activity under your account. Please keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Subscription and Purchases

Livify offers Free and paid subscription plans. If you choose to subscribe to Pro or Premium, the subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged in accordance with our Subscription Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Livify for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the app (for example, by attempting to hack it, distribute malware, or harass others). We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

Livify is provided “as is”. While we strive to provide a great service, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we will notify users via the app or website. Continued use of Livify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
